°2 tsp mayonnaise
°2 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt
°1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
°1/4 teaspoon onion powder
°1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
°1/4 teaspoon pepper
°2 tsp dried cranberries
°3 tsp chop pecans
°1/5 cup Granny Smith apple, diced
°10 ounces (1 package) chicken breast, drained and cut into pieces
°Baby spinach leave, optional
°4 croissant or soft rolls, optional

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Taste & adjust season if obligatory. Gently add the cranberries, walnuts, apples and chicken.
Eat it as is or put it on a croissant with spinach or lettuce.
