°1 chicken, cutting to pieces
°3 scrambled egg
°4 tsp oil
°2 c flour
°4 tsp paprika
°1 tsp salt
°1 tsp pepper
°1 tsp poultry season (or chicken broth powder)
°1 tsp oregano
°1 tsp tarragon
°1 tsp parsley
°1/2 teaspoon thyme
°1 teaspoon chives
°1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
°1/2 teaspoon onion powder
°1/2 teaspoon celery salt
* Directions :
Sift the flour, add all the paint ingredients, grind well with a mortar and pestle and put in a clean plastic bag. Coat each chicken piece first with the beaten egg, then with the flour mixture into the bag. Make sure each piece is completely covered with flour.
Heat oil in fry pan. Slowly brown chicken in oil without cover it. Time brown, covering pan and continue fry over very low heat until chicken is totally cook through. Laying it out on paper towels to drain excess
