* ingredients:
°1 pack smoke sausage, slice
°1 onion, peel and chop
°5 large potatoes, peeled and diced into 1/2-inch cubes
°olive oil
°fine sea salt
°Freshly ground black pepper
°sweet red pepper
°dried thyme
°Handful of strong cheddar cheese
* Directions :
Heat oven 400 * F. Lay several layers of tin foil on a large baking tray (with its sides) and spray with cooking spray. Sit aside. Putting sausage, onion & potatoes in bowl. Drizzling some tablespoons olive oil also season with salt, pepper, paprika & dried thyme to taste. Flipping with your hands so is evenly distributed. Pour it onto the baking tray and spread it out as much as possible. Place the potatoes in the hot oven and roast for 45 minutes to an hour, stirring every 15 minutes or so, until the potatoes are golden and tender. Turn off the oven. Sprinkling cheese on cook meat and potatoes, then transfering to oven for some minutes to melting cheese.
