Low Carb Cheesey Stuffed Peppers


*ingredients:

°7-8 green, orange or yellow pepper
°1-2 pound ground beef
°1 white onion, chop
°1 large can of tomatoes, cut into cubes
°2 pieces garlic, minced
°1 cup cheddar cheese
°Salt and pepper to taste

* Preparation :

Preheat oven 350 degrees F .
Cutting off heads of the peppers also remove all seeds and white stuff.
Simmer peppers in boil water for 5 min
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stirring in onion, garlic also tomato cubes and sauté for 3 min. Stirring in mince meat.
Cooking meat to pink color fades.
Stuff mix to hollowed pepper. Putting stuffed peppers on baking tray
Bake in preheated oven about 12-15 min. Topping with cheddar cheese also bake for an add 5 minutes.
