*ingredients :
°4 Idaho®️ baked potatoes
°cup of melted butter
°1 cup sour cream
°1 1/2 cups Colby Jack cheese, divided to use
°½ teaspoon kosher salt
°Half a tsp garlic
°tsp ground pepper
°1 pound cooked ground beef (I seasoned it with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon garlic)
°½ cup barbecue sauce
°6 tranches bacon, cook & crumbled
°2 green onions, slice
* Methods :
Heat oven 400 degrees F.
Scrub the potatoes until they are clean and dry.
Place on a baking tray and bake for 1 hour, or until potatoes are completely cooked.
Remove to oven and place on wire rack to cool.
Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees F.
Cut the potatoes into slices about half lengthwise and stick them on the bottom. Scrape potatoes with a spoon into a large mixing bowl. Add butter, sour cream, a cup of cheese, garlic, salt and pepper. Mash them together or beat with an electric mixer, depending on the consistency you want.
Stuff the spoon into the potato peelings and place on a baking tray.
Combine ground beef with BBQ sauce and pour evenly over potatoes. Sprinkle each potato with the remaining cheese, bacon, and green onions.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until potatoes are heated through and cheese has melted.

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 drips cut into strips

Scrub the potatoes until clean and softened.
Placing on a baking tray & bake for 1 hour,
Removing to oven and place on a wire rack to cool.
Slicing potatoes, for half their length, & stick them to bottom. Puree by division or beat with an electric mixer, depending on the texture you want.
Toss the ground beef with the BBQ sauce, circling the potatoes evenly. Top each potato with the remaining cheese, bacon, and green onions.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are heated through and cheese has melted.
