°1 cup sugar
°½ cup cocoa powder
°1 cup flour
°2 teaspoons baking powder

* instructions:
1- Preheat the oven to 350 degres F . Spray an 8-inch baking tray with cooking spray. Whisking ½ c sugar with ½ c cocoa powder & set apart.
2- Mix the flour, the rest of the cup of sugar, and the rest of the cup of cocoa, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Whisk the milk, butter, egg yolks, and vanilla in a medium bowl till smooth.
