* Ingredients :
°1-3/4 C (1-1/2 pack) chocolate graham crackers (powder)
°1/3 C margarine (melt)
filling:
°3-8 oz cream cheese
°1 can sweetened condensed milk
°1/2 C sugar
°3 eggs
°3 tsp lemon juice
°1 tsp vanilla
°3/4 C chocolate chips
°First place:
°1/4 m. chocolate chips
°1/2 m. Caramel Cream
°1/3 m hot fudge ice cream
°1 /4 C. chopped pecans
* Directions:
• Mix the graham crackers and butter in a bowl with a fork and press into the bottom and 1-1/2 inch up the sides of the springform pan. (13 x 9 can be used when necessary).
• Beat cream cheese & condensed milk to creamy.
• Add the rest of the filling ingredients until well combined.
• Removing a cup of filling and set apart. Melt the chocolate chips for 1 minute (just until they are melted) and mix them all into the 1 cup of the reserved filling.
• Pour half of the white filling into the crust, then the chocolate filling, then the last half of the white filling. Take the knife and gently swirl the colors.
• Bake in the oven at 300 hours for 1 hour and 15-30 minutes - until light golden on top and edges set with slightly medium motions. It cools completely and cools down. ** (I put a pie pan filled with water on the bottom rack during cooking time for moisture. Also, turn off oven and let pie in oven to cool for 1-2 h before taking it out of the oven)
• Remove the outer ring just before decorating and serving
• Topping & middle outer edge with 1/4 C mini choco. flakes and 1/4 cup pecans (chopped). Sprinkle the melted chocolate chips and caramel all over and drizzle the sides.
