Easy Mexican Casserole


* ingredients :

°1 pound lean ground beef
°1 can ranch style beans
°1 bag 10-12 oz tortilla chips, crush
°1 can tomato roe-tel
°1 onion chop
°2 c shredded cheddar cheese, divided
°1 pack taco season
°1 box cream of chicken soup
°1/2 c water
°Sour cream & sauce, for serving

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
In  skillet, brown meat and dried fat.
Adding beans, tomatoes, onions, taco season, soup, & water.
Cook over medium-low heat until everything is well mixed and heated through.
Grease a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Top with a layer of mashed tortilla chips, followed by a layer of the meat/bean mixture, then half of the cheddar cheese.
Repeat the layers.
Covering with aluminum foil & baking for 20-30 min or to bubbling.
Permit it for 5-10 min before serve.
Covere with sour cream & sauce.
