Hash-brown-Breakfast-Cup


* ingredients:

°4 c frozen dried brown pieces, thawed (I didn't wait and just threw it in the microwave for about a minute and a half to thaw)
°3 T. melted butter
°1/4 tsp. All salt & pepper
°7 egg
°1/4 m milk
°1 1/2 degree shredded cheddar cheese
°1 c cubed pork

* Directions :

Blend hash browns, butter, salt also pepper. Spray the muffin tin with cooking spray well. Fill the cups with about 3/4 cup of hash browns and use your fingers to shape the cups with the hash browns and press them down into the bottom. Putting it in 400 degree oven about 20 min. Meanwhile, whisk together eggs and milk, stirring in cheese and ham. Remove the hash brown from the oven and reduce the temperature. to 350 degrees. Fill the cups almost to the top and return to the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set. Let it cool for a few minutes, loosen the edges with a butter knife and then carefully remove it to a serving platter.
