Meatball Sub Casserole



* ingredients:


°1/3 cup chopped green onion

°1/4 cup seasoned rusk

°3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

°1 pound minced meat

°1 loaf of Italian bread, sliced ​​1 inch

°8 ounces soft cream cheese

°1/2 cup mayonnaise

°1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

°1/4 teaspoon pepper

°2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

°1 (28 ounces) of your favorite spaghetti sauce

°1 cup water

°2 cloves minced garlic


* instructions:


Heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

In  bowl, mix onion, breadcrumbs, & Parmesan cheese.

Add beef also mix well.

Form to 1-inch balls; Placing on cookie sheet.

Baking for 15-20 min or to no pink.

Reduce oven temperature 350.

Meanwhile, organize bread in a single layer in an un-greased 13" * 9" baking dish. 

Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, Italian season and pepper; Spreading on bread. Sprinkling half a c mozzarella cheese.

Combine sauce, water and garlic; Add meatballs.

Pour over cheese mixture. Sprinkling with  rest mozzarella cheese.

Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
