Chocolate-Caramel-Pretzel Bars 😍😋


*ingredients:

°4 cups of pastry (small pieces of pastry)
°1 cup butter
°1 cup packed brown sugar
°2 cups chocolate chips

* instructions:

Heat oven 325 F . Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
Place the pastry on the baking tray in a single layer until completely covered.
In a small saucepan, melt butter and sugar over medium-low heat. Bring to a boil, then continue to boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour the bubble mixture evenly over the pastry. The caramel mixture will even out when baked, so don't worry if you miss some spots.
Bake at 325 F for 8 to 10 minutes until fully caramelized on the entire plate.
Remove the baking tray from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over it. Return the baking tray to the oven for another 1 to 2 minutes to soften the chocolate chips.
Use a spoon to spread the melted chocolate evenly. Then put the baking tray in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Remove the pretzel plates from the baking sheet and peel the aluminum foil. Divide or cut into squares with a large knife.
