* ingredients :
°1/2 cup butter
°1/2 cup sugar
°½ cup packed brown sugar
°1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
°1/8 teaspoon salt
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°2 cups confectioners' sugar
°1 c pecans, toast & coarsely chop
* Methods :
In heavy saucepan, mix butter, sugars, cream, also salt. Bring it to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Take off the fire. Add the vanilla. Add confectioners' sugar until smooth. Fold in pecans.
Spreading to 8 inches butter. square plate. Cool to room temperature. Cutting to 1 inch.. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
