Apple-Pie-Egg-Roll-Ups


*ingredients:

°3 cups apple slices, peeled and cut into chunks, I use Granny Smith
° 2 teaspoons cornstarch
° 3 teaspoons granulated sugar
° 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
° Half a cup of cold water
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° 6 egg rolls

* instructions :

The first step:
Mix water and cornstarch in a small saucepan
Add apples, sugar and vanilla
The second step:
Cooking on medium heat to apples start to soft
Pour apple blend to a bowl
Third step:
Set it to the side and let it cool for about an hour
Once cool, preheat oven to 350*
The fourth step:
Flour surface area of ​ egg roll wrap, putting them
Put ½ cup of the apple mixture in the middle of each wrapper
Fifth step:

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes
You can sprinkle a cinnamon sugar mixture, sprinkle some confectioners' sugar, or make a simple glaze with confectioners' sugar and milk.
Then sprinkle it over the egg rolls
