French Onion Soup Stuffed Potatoes


*Ingredients for 4 people

°4 large size potatoes, Bungee style
°3 chopped onions
°1 tablespoon olive oil
°300 grams minced meat
°2 tablespoons heavy cream
°1 handful of shredded cheese
°salt pepper

* Methods :

 Cook the potatoes in boiling, salted water over a low heat to prevent them from falling apart.
The second step
Fry the onion very gently in the oil, adding a little water if necessary, then when it dissolves, add the minced meat and fry gently.
Step 3
As soon as the potatoes are cooked, cut them in half and remove them, leaving about 1 centimeter of the flesh on the peel.

Mash the potato core with cream, salt, pepper and half the grated cheese with the meat and onion mixture.
