A simple recipe for delicious cookies that appear when baking. What else ?
Sugar-cookies-recipe :
° 25 to 30 cookies
° 420 gm sifted flour
° 1 tsp baking powder
° 1/2 tsp salt
° 170g butter, at room temperature
° 225g fine sugar
° 2 eggs
° vanilla food flavor (or almond, or lemon, etc.)
° Sift flour / baking powder // salt.
Beat butter // sugar to get creamy blend . Adding eggs one by one & then flavor of your choice.
Stir in the dry ingredients. You should get a soft, not sticky ball. Leave to rest for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
Cutting your cookies with a cookie cutter and bake for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees
