Pineapple-Upside-Down-Cake




An upside-down cake is a cake that is baked "upside down" in a single pan, with a filling on the bottom of the pan. Out of the oven, the finished preparation is turned upside down and opened onto a serving plate, to "oven" and serve vertically.

* Ingredients and Preparation:

Preheat oven 350
Melt 1 stick of butter and add 1 c brown sugar (dark brown if you have it)
Pour it into a 9 inch * 13 . cake pan
Add pineapple rings
Add cherries too.
For the cake.. I use pineapple cake mix, 3 egg whites, 1/3 cup oil and 1 cup pineapple juice
Mix well.
Pour over pineapple and cherry
Bake for 25 minutes
Cool and then turn on the wax paper
