These easy Philly Cheesesteaks are Sloppy Joes with a flair for Philly Cheesesteak.I said these dirty phrases last night when it was cold and windy. It's very simple and fast. And check it out!andgt; andgt; I used the recommended green peppers, which you know I hate. But I liked them a little.
* Ingredients :
° 1 pound minced meat
° 1 small yellow onion, cut into cubes
° 1 small green pepper, cut into cubes
° 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, cubed
° 2 tablespoons ketchup
° 1 tsp sauce Worcestershire
° 2 to 4 tablespoons A1 sauce depending on how strong the flavor you want
° Half a teaspoon of salt
° Half a teaspoon pepper
° 1 tablespoon cornstarch
° 1 cup beef broth
° 8 oz sliced cheese
° 7 hamburger buns in sesame seed bakery
* Methods :
In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and cook, crumbling, until no pink. Strain the grease.
Returning beef to skillet, then adding onions, green peppers / mushrooms. Cooking about an additional 5 to 7 minIn detach small bowl, combine beef stock / cornstarch. Hit to you win.Pour the broth over the meat and mix well.Add ketchup, sauce Worcestershiire, A1 sauce, salt & enhancer; Pepper. is blended.Cook until most of the liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes.
Tip: A1 sauce has a rich flavor. Start with 2 tablespoons of the sauce and increase to 4 tablespoons if you want the meat mixture to be bolder in flavor.Turn off the stove.Place the sliced provolone cheese on top of the meat and let it melt.Spoon the meat and cheese mixture over the burgers sprinkled with sesame seeds.
