Taco spaghetti - the best!We ate this for three days in a row! Ready in 30 minutes !!Beef tacos, velvet noodles, diced tomatoes with green peppers, spaghetti, chicken cream and cheddar cheese. Very good!Everyone is washing the dishes, even the picky ones!
* Ingredients :
° 8 ounces spaghetti
° 1-1/5 pounds ground beef or ground turkey
° 1 package (1 ounce) taco seasoning
° 2/3 cup water
° 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
° 1 can (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green peppers, undrained
° 1 pack (8 oz) Velveta cheese, cubed
° 1-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* Directions :
Preheat oven 350 degres. Gently spray a 9" x 9" saucepan with cooking spray. Sit aside.
Cook pasta according to package directions. sink. Sit aside.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until no pink. Fat drain. Return the meat to the skillet. Add taco seasoning and water. Stir until smooth. Cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in soup, Velveeta tomatoes, and Rotel. Reduce the heat and leave until the cheese melts, stirring constantly.
Add cooked spaghetti and pour into the prepared dish. Put cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until completely heated through.
