Cordon Bleu Chicken Casserole contains layers of chicken, ham, cheese sauce and buttered bread crumbs.This is a light dinner that everyone will enjoy.
* Ingredients :
° 2 pounds skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
° dry bread crumbs
° 1⁄2 cup milk
° 1 egg mixed with milk
° 8 ounces Swiss cheese, cubed
° 8 ounces pork, cut into cubes
° 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
° 1 cup milk
* Directions :
Dip the chicken in the milk and egg mixture, then flip in the breadcrumbs and cover well.
Fry in a little oil until golden.
Put the chicken in the baking dish and add the cheese and ham.
Combine soup with a glass of milk and pour over it.
Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes, or until cooked through and set.
