Frying pan chicken cabbage is instant (only 25 minutes!), healthy & absolutely delicious. Tender pieces of chicken are cooked with low-carb cabbage noodles and some broccoli and red pepper. It's an easy and inexpensive dinner recipe that will make your evenings even tastier.
* Ingredients :
° 3 chicken halves breast
° 1 tsp oil vegetable
° 3 cups green cabbage, shredded
° 1 tablespoon cornstarch
° 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
° 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
° 12 cups of water
° 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* Directions :
Cutting chicken breasts to slices.
Heat oil in fry pan.
Adding chicken slices & stir on medium heat, stir constantly, to cooked.
Add cabbage and saute for 2 minutes, until cabbage is softened.
Mix cornstarch and spices. Add the water and soy sauce and mix until smooth.
Stirring sauce with chicken/cabbage mix.
Cooking to sauce thickens & chicken is covered, for 1 min .Refrigerate leftovers for two hours. Enjoy it !
