Mexican Taco Lasagna



*Ingredients for 8 people:

°13 lasagna sheets (fresh)
°700 grams of minced meat
°1 large onion
°2 carrot
°1 clove of garlic
°450ml tomato sauce
°1 c. Oregano
°Salt & pepper
°1 c. olive oil
°750ml of milk
°45 grams of wheat flour
°60 grams of butter
°1 egg
°50 grams of grated cheese

Step 1/3
Chopping onion, garlic clove & carrots. In a large saucepan, put a good drizzle of olive oil, then brown the garlic and onion for a few minutes, then add the chopped carrots for a few minutes. Adding mince meat, oregano, salt & pepper. Cooking, stirring, to meat is cook through.
Step 2/3
Add your tomato sauce (+ a pinch of sugar for acidity) and water up to it. Cook until the sauce reduces (there should be no liquid left). Then turn off the heat and set aside.
Step 3/3
Prepare a bechamel sauce: in a saucepan, melt the butter, add the flour and mix quickly with a whisk until a smooth paste is obtained. Add the milk little by little, whisking constantly until you get a nice bechamel sauce. Beat the egg into an omelet. Whisk it quickly in the béchamel.
