Fried-cabbage-with-bacon & onion !!






*ingredients

°6 slice bacon
°1 onion cut to cubes
°2 clove garlic
°1 head cabbage, seed & slice
°1 tsp salt
°1 teaspoon ground black pepper
°½ teaspoon onion powder
°½ teaspoon garlic powder
°Half a teaspoon of paprika
°carrots optional
 
*Directions

Cooking bacon in  skillet on heat to crispy & fully cook.
Remove the bacon and place it on paper towels to dry it. Cut into crumbs.
Toss garlic & onion in skillet with bacon fat & cooking, stir frequently, for 5 min or to soft.
Now add the cabbage right away and continue cooking for another ten minutes, or until tender.
Add bacon crumbs on top, 1/2 cup water as needed to steam the cabbage, salt and pepper to taste, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
Stir well, reduce flame, and cook for another 2 minutes or until liquid has evaporated, continuing to stir at regular intervals.
Taste and re-season if necessary. Feet it right away..
