ingredients :
150g flour
100g sugar
1⁄2 packet of yeast
125g butter
4 bananas or 2 large
rum
vanilla
3 eggs
STEP 1
Mix the eggs and the sugar.
2ND STEP

plain flour
yeast
Add the melted butter, then the flour and baking powder.
STEP 3

Cut the bananas into very small pieces (or crush them as desired), and add them to the mixture.
STEP 4
rum
vanilla
Flavor with rum and vanilla to taste....
STEP 5
Pour everything into a buttered and floured cake tin.
STEP 6
Bake for about 30 minutes in the oven at temperature 6.
