*ingredients
°2 large eggs
°1 pound minced meat
°1 teaspoon minced garlic
°½ pound sweet Italian sausage
°48 oz. Spaghetti sauce (your favorite sauce)
°3 c. mozzarella cheese
°15 oz. Ricotta cheese
°3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
°2 teaspoons dried parsley or 4 tablespoons freshly chopped
°12 lasagna noodles
°¼ c. water
°Half a teaspoon of ground pepper
°Half a teaspoon of salt
* Methods :
Step 1: Cooking ground beef & sausage in skillet on heat. Strain off the excess grease when you're done and get rid of it.
Step 2: Add the minced garlic and spaghetti sauce to the skillet, then let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Combine ricotta, 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, eggs, ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese, dried parsley, salt, & ground black pepper in a large bowl to well mixed.
Step 4: Use cooking spray, greased 9" * 13" baking tray. In bottom of skillet, spread 3/4 cup of the sauce and 3 uncooked lasagna noodles over it. Over the noodles, add half the cheese mixture and half the sauce. Make another layer of noodles, cheese, sauce, macaroni, cheese, and sauce (in order). For the last layer, add 3 more layers on top, then top with the rest of the sauce followed by the last cup of mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Note: If the sauce turns thick, pour ½ cup of water over the edges of the saucepan.
Step 5: Greased sheet of aluminum with cook spray. Place the tent in the mold, greased with butter facing down.
Step 6: Place the lasagna in a 350°F preheated oven and bake for 50 minutes. Remove the lid and bake for another 10 minutes.
Step 7: Remove the lasagna from the oven when done and let it rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
Enjoy !
