*ingredients:
°1 1/2 to 2 pounds diced steak
°1/4 cup flour
°1/4 teaspoon pepper
°1/4 teaspoon salt
°1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
°1/2 cup oil
°1 14 oz can beef broth
°1 onion cutting to rings
°1 pack dried onion soup mix
* instructions:
Mix the flour, pepper, salt, and garlic powder in a shallow bowl. Covering steaks with flour blend. In fry pan, heat oil & cooking meat for five min on every side, to brown & cooked through. Remove the steak from the skillet.
Adding beef broth, onion, & dry onion soup blending to skillet & cooking to onions are soft. You can thicken the broth with a bit of the remaining flour if you want it thicker. Set the broth aside or pour it over the steak.
