If you like old-school rectangular pizza and miss it, here's the recipe:
* Ingredients :
°Half a skillet and line with butter paper.
Shell:
°2 ⅔ flour
°Half a cup of dried milk
° 2 tons of sugar
°1 packet rapid rise yeast
°1 teaspoon salt
°1 1/2 cups warm water (105-110 degrees)
°2 tons of vegetable oil
filling:
°½ pound ground chuck
°Half a teaspoon of salt
°Half a teaspoon pepper
°1 8-ounce block of mozzarella cheese - grated yourself (For it to be an original school pizza, you must use imitation mozzarella slices.)
°Sauce (I make the sauce the day before):
°6-ounce can of tomato paste
°1 cup water
°olive oil
°2 cloves minced garlic
°1 teaspoon salt
°1 teaspoon pepper
°½ tablespoon dried thyme
°½ tablespoon dried basil
°½ teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
Shell:
Preheat the oven to 475 degrees. Spray pan with pam and place parchment paper down (pam makes it stick)
In a large bowl - flour, powdered milk, sugar, yeast, salt - whisk the mixture
Add oil to hot water (110-115 degrees) - pour into the mixture
Stir with a wooden spoon until mixture forms - don't worry about lumps - you just don't want dry spots
Spread the dough in the pan with fingertips until homogeneous. If the dough does not want to cooperate, let it rest for 5 minutes and try again
Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes - remove from the oven and set aside.
Brown the meat until it breaks down - set it aside and dry it
We prepare pizza sauce - we get a partially baked crust, assemble it:
Sauce - spread all over the crust
sprinkle meat
sprinkle cheese
Bake at 475 degrees for 8-10 minutes until the cheese melts and begins to turn brown
Remove from oven - let stand for 5 minutes
Cut slices and serve!
