°4 potatoes
°1 onion
°150 grams flour
°3 eggs
°peanut oil
°Half a bunch of flat-leaf parsley (optional)
°salt pepper
* Preparation:

Grate the peeled and raw potatoes and onions with a metal grater.
2.
Leave to stand for 30 minutes. Then dispose of the liquid that forms on the potatoes.
3.
Add whole eggs, flour, salt and pepper. Add finely chopped parsley, if desired.
4.
Bake in small pies.
