Layer Potatoes and Meatballs



* ingredients :

°1 kg of potatoes
°500 grams minced meat
°1 onion
°4 garlic cloves
°4 tsp chop parsley
°4 tsp chop coriander
°3 tsp olive oil
°150g grated Gruyere
°salt pepper
°Spice your choice (I putting split pepper, cumin also paprika)
°Fresh Sauce 

* Ingredients:

°1 L milk
°100 g flour
°100 gm butter
°1 teaspoon salt
°pepper pinch
°pinch of nutmeg

* Preparation :

Prepare the bechamel sauce:
  In a large saucepan, put the butter and cut into very small pieces, the flour, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Cool, pour in milk, stir with a whisk
 
Once almost mixed, heat and do not stop stirring with a wooden spoon until fully cooked (eg when spoon is covered with sauce, about 10/15 minutes.
+Prepare gratin:
In skillet on low heat, heat onion, ground beef, parsley, cilantro, garlic also spices in 2 tsp olive oil.
Reserving after 11 min of cook
Peeled potatoes, cutting them to slice, & cooking about 15 min in saucepan of salted water & drain.
Putting  layer potatoes in casserole & covering with half of fresh sauce. .
Adding mince meat, & other half of fresh sauce.
 
Cover the remaining potatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes, until the gratin is golden.
Submit it right away.
