Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - Don't Lose This


* ingredients

°3 eggs
°1/2 cup flour
°3/4 cup sugar
°3/4 cup liquid milk
°2 teaspoons baking powder
°1/2 teaspoon vanilla
°100 gm butter
°1 can pineapple cut into slices

* Directions : 

To prepare the burning sugar, put the sugar in a saucepan on the fire until it dissolves, add water to the amount of a cup of coffee with a small piece of butter, stir for 6 minutes, and turn off the heat.
To make the cake, in an electric mixer, we also put the butter and sugar, add the eggs, one egg at a time, and also add the flour and liquid milk.
Grease the sides of the pan with butter and flour to prevent the cake from sticking. Add the burning sugar, then put the round pineapple slices with a little juice, then add the cake mixture.
The mold is inserted into the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Remove the mold from the oven, let it cool, then remove it
