*Ingredients :
°2 pounds lean ground beef
°1⁄4 teaspoon salt
°1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
°1 teaspoon minced garlic
°1 can (300 ml) mushroom soup
°One can (300 ml) cheddar cheese soup
°1 pack (500 g) frozen French fries
°2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
* Directions :
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Fry minced meat until cooked.
Strain the grease.
Then adding salt, pepper & garlic.
Adding soup also stir to well mixed.
Heat on stove, & transfering to 9" x 13" glass bowl.
Cover the meat mixture with fried potatoes.
Baking for 30 min, to potatoes are crispy.
Sprinkle cheese over the tagine and return to the oven to melt the cheese.
