°454 g (1 lb) boneless, skinless chicken breast
°1 bell pepper cut into quarters
°3 tbsp. Divide vegetable oil
°2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
°1/2 cup finely chopped smoked sausage
°1 clove garlic
°1 chopped tomato
°1 cup milk
°3/4 cup water
°1 package 133gm Knorr Fettuccine Alfredo Sidekicks

Place the rack in the center of the oven and preheat the grill.

Combine chicken, paprika, 2 tbsp. Oil & Cajun season on baking sheet. Roast for 12 to 16 minutes, turning chicken and pepper halfway through the cooking process, until a cooking thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chicken reads 165 F (74 C).

Meanwhile, heat remaining oil in a medium saucepan over medium to high heat. Cook the sausages for 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until they turn brown. My heart garlic. Cook 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes, until softened.

Add milk and water to the pot. Bring it to a boil. Add the alfredo pasta mixture. Bring to boil, & reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook for 8 minutes, stirring constantly, until pasta is done.

Transfer the chicken and pepper to a cutting board and cut into thin slices. Add to pasta.
