Buttermilk Biscuits Topped With Honey Butter


* ingredients:

°2 cups selfie flour
°1 cup of milk
°1/2 teaspoon salt (I didn't use any)
°3/4 stick frozen butter
°2 tablespoons butter + 1 tablespoon honey, melted and mixed together.

* directione:

Mix the flour and grated butter with your fingers until crunchy like cornmeal, then add the cold buttermilk mixture until smooth.
Then turn it over on a clean table at least 5 times and then cut it with a 2.5-inch cookie cutter.
Place in a greased baking pan at 375 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.
After brushing, serve honey butter over biscuits warm.
