* Ingredients :
°9 short ribs
°Bacon grease
°1 cup chopped leeks
°1/2 medium pepper, pepper
°1 celery stalk
°three cups beef broth
°1 tablespoon tomato paste
°1 cup water
°1 sprig of thyme/rosemary
° 3 tsp minced garlic
°Cajun season
°salt pepper
°flour
°1/2 c red wine
°1 slice potato
* Directions :
1. Season the short ribs with a touch spices
2. In a big heavy pot, heat bacon fats to medium heat
3- Putting short ribs in warm oil till nicely browned on all sides, & dispose of to pot and set apart.
4. Lay the chopped vegetables in the bottom of a heavy baking dish and place the short ribs on top.
Add the crimson wine and tomato paste and stir till well combined
5. Pour the red meat broth till it partly covers the ribs. Add thyme, then season on your liking. I used a Cajun seasoning mix.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil and area in a 350 diploma oven for three to three/12 hours.
The liquid will mature to at least 1\/2 its volume
6- Lift the lid and adding the potatoes. Cover and cook for another 45 minutes, till the potatoes are tender.
