POTATO SALAD


This recipe comes from my mom who is German. She is always unanimous when I serve her.

* INGREDIENTS: 6 PERS.

° 1 kg of "special salad" potato
° 4 hard-boiled eggs
° 1 can of tuna in brine
° 1 teaspoon of skimmed milk
° 4 tbsp. tablespoons of fresh herbs (chives, dill ...)
° 1 nice shallot
° 2-3 tbsp. mayonnaise

* Preparation : 

Cook the potatoes and eggs in a pot of water.

Peel the still hot potatoes and dice them in a bowl.

Shell and dice the eggs. Add them to the potatoes.

Add the finely chopped shallots and the drained tuna. Salt, pepper and put 6 tbsp. tablespoons of alcohol vinegar.

Heat the cup of milk and add it to the preparation. Gently stir everything.

Then put 1 tbsp. tablespoon olive oil and 1 tbsp. tablespoons of rapeseed oil and mayonnaise.

Mix everything delicately, sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve.
