The best mom-style macaroni salad recipe!
* Ingredients :
° 2 cups (500 mL) uncooked macaroni noodle
° 1/2 c (125 mL) dice red bellpepper
° 1/2 c (125 mL) diced greenpepper
° 1/2 cup (125 mL) diced celery 1 finely chopped green onion
° 1/2 c (125 mL) grate-carrots
° 1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise (make your homemade mayonnaise)
° 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
° 1 tablespoon of sugar
° 1 teaspoon of salt
° 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
* Preperation :
Cook the macaroni according to the instructions. Drain the pasta. Put aside. In bowl, Blend mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper. In a large bowl, put the pasta. Then, the vegetables. Then the sauce. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours before serving.
