Quick and tasty Italian Pinwheels are the perfect appetizer for any party or quick meal. Layers of delicious cream cheese, fresh green lettuce, Italian favourites, and of course meat - salami, pepperoni, ham to be exact, making them the best staples!
* Ingredients :
° 3 large tortillas
° 7 oz sliced Genoa salami
° 7 ounces sliced pepperoni
° 9 slices of provolone cheese
° green lettuce
+ cream cheese:
° 8 ounces soft cream cheese
° 1/4 cup Italian rusk
° 1/4 c cheese parmesan
° 3/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper in a jar
° 3/4 cup shredded banana bell pepper, chopped
* Directions :
For spreadable cream cheese
Blend all ingredients in bowl to well mixed .

Spread a third of the cream cheese on the tortilla.
Placing 3 tranches cheese in center tortilla.
Make a single layer of green lettuce leaves covering the tortilla
Place enough salami on top of lettuce and repeat with pepperoni.
Wrapping also let in refrigerator about an 1h .
Cutting roll tpo1-inch-thick rims strips.
