NO-BAKE PUMPKIN PIE



Our no-bake pumpkin pie is quick, easy and takes only 10 minutes to prepare! Canned pumpkin, cream cheese, cinnamon, and other great fall flavors in a layer of graham crackers!

* Ingredients :

° 2 cups canned pumpkin
° Half a cup of sugar
° 8 ounces soft cream cheese
° 2 8-ounce packages, cold whipped cream or other whipped cream
° 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
° 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
° 1 teaspoon nutmeg
° 1 can 3.4 oz instant pudding vanilla
° 1 c milk
° 2 pre-made pie crusts (we like graham cracker crusts)

* Directions :

lower layer:
Add cream cheese, sugar, and 8-ounce tub of whipped cream in a separate bowl and blend well with a hand mixer.
Fill the prepared crusts with the bottom layer mixture and then add the top layer.
Upper class:
Mix the pudding and milk and stir until thick.
Adding 2 c canned pumpkin.
Add pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Stir until blended.
Put this on top of the cream cheese layer.
Upper class:
Use the second 8-ounce container of whipped cream on top of the pancakes.
Put it in the fridge for at least an hour before eating so the pie can firm up completely.. Enjoy it !
