One of my favorite (and easy!) recipes is this 7up cake. It's the most moist, flavorful, and easiest way to make a punt cake recipe - ever. My kids even love it! Every time I do, they beg for seconds. And I don't mind because - cake !
* Directions :
+ From Scratch Trends:
1. Mix butter and sugar together for 10 minutes.
2. Add your egg 1 at a time, beating after adding each egg.
3. Adding flour & lemon extract/juice.
4. Add the lime soda of your choice.
5. Pour into a well greased 12 cup bowl
6. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes or until fully cooked
7. Remove from the oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool, then sprinkle the mixture on top
8. Enjoy!

9. Preheat oven 325 Fahrenheit
10. Grease the bundt pan
11. In a separate large bowl, combine all cake ingredients, plus pudding, soda, and mixwell
12. Pour the mixture into a greased frying pan
13. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until cooked through
14. Leave to cool completely before removing from the pan

18. Mix icing sugar, lemon juice and milk together and sprinkle on a cooled cake pan, one from the pan.
