A moist and delicious lemon loaf loaded with blueberries.
* Ingredients :
° Half a cup of butter
° Half a cup of sugar
° 2 eggs
° ½ cup light cream or milk
° 1 cup flour
° 1 teaspoon baking powder
° Half a teaspoon of salt
° 1 lemon juiced and grated
° 1¼ 1¼ cups divided berries
° 1 tablespoon flour
° Half a cup of powdered sugar
* Directions :
Heat oven 350 degres f . Grease a 9×5 skillet with flour and flour.
Lemon peel and juice. We put on each side.
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and milk.Add tsp lemon juice.Pour flour, baking powder, salt and lemon zest into a bowl.Add it to the oil mixture and stir until mixed, do not stir too much.
In a bowl, mix blueberries with flour. Remove any excess flour and fold 1 cup of blueberries into the mixture. Pour to prepared fry pan. Putting rst blueberries on top.
Bake for 50-60 minutes . Removing from pan & placing on cooling rack.
Stir the powdered sugar and the remaining lemon juice together until the mixture is smooth. Make holes all over the loaf (I used a chopstick) and pour the glaze over the loaf. completely cool
