Smoked sausage and sauerkraut




Sauerkraut is rich in vitamin C and can spend a long winter in Europe.It can be eaten in salads or with sausages and smoked ribs with boiled potatoes.The longer you cook, the softer the cooking.

This is a delicious recipe of smoked sausage and sauerkraut

* ingredients :

° 1/2 kg raw sauerkraut
° 100G smoked bacon, cutting to pieces
° 2 tsp butter
° 1 onion chopped
° 2 cloves garlic
° 1/2 cup dried white wine
° 1/2 cup broth
° 1 leaf bay
° 3 lobes
° 7 juniper berries
° 1 tsp carob (kimmel)
° 1 apple
° 4 long smoked sausage
  2 ° smoked pork ribs (optional)

* Directions :

In  saucepan, frying bacon also cutting into pieces in butter, then add onion and garlic also fry.
Add washed and previously drained sauerkraut, wine, broth, bay leaf, cloves, juniper, komel, salt, pepper, peel, cut apple into slices, putting on top of preparation, cooking about half an 1 h , if obligatory, adding a some liquid. 
 
About 11 min before finish cooking, stirring well, adding smoked pork ribs. Snaake sausage in water in a detach saucepan & served with sauerkraut, boiled potatoes also mustard.
