° 1 slice (1 1/4 pounds) rib steak (about 1 1/4 to ½ inch)
° 1 tsp stone seasoning
° 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
° 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
° 1 tablespoon olive oil

* Directions :

Place the ribeye steak in a tray and rub each side with Stone House sauce to coat, making sure to press the seasonings into the meat.Sprinkle with clean rosemary leaves.Cover the steak and refrigerate for up to three days. When you're ready to make dinner, take the steak out of the fridge and let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. If you're prepping steak for dinner right away, allow it to sit at room temperature for 31 minutes.To cook, heat a pan over medium heat.Add the butter and olive oil to the pan and let the butter melt completely.Cover the pan with oil and olive oil from side to side to ensure it is smooth.

Add the rib to the butter and olive oil and cook until the bottom rib turns brown and caramelized, about five minutes. Flip the rib steak and prepare dinner, brushing the rib steak constantly with butter and drizzled oil from the skillet, until this side of the rib is browned and caramelized, for another five minutes or to preferred internal temperature. Remove the ribs from the heater and place them on the cutting board for another five minutes.Cut the fillets into strips with a sharp knife, and then try to remove the bones. Placing steaks on serve plates.
