Roasted Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower Recipe



The combination of roasted cauliflower with meat, caramel and a few burnt onions has turn out to be our favourite wintry weather recipe.

* Ingredients :

° cauliflower head, cut into florets
° 1 medium onion, sliced
° four sprigs thyme
° four garlic cloves, unpeeled
° three tablespoons olive oil
° Kosher salt & freshly floor pepper black
° half cup grated parmesan cheese

* Preparation :

Step 1
Preheaat oven 425 degrees. Place the cauliflower florets on a huge baking sheet with the onion, thyme, garlic, and oil; Season with salt and pepper. Roast, stirring occasionally, till almost tender, 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, stir to combine, and simmer till cauliflower is tender, 10-12 minutes.
