A little parmesan cheese and a little olive oil make tomatoes a perfect dish.Or try a sandwich between your favorite American whole-grain bread slices.
* Ingredients :
° 5 tomatoes, halved horizontally
° 1/5 C grated cheese
° 1 teaspoon freshly chopped oregano
° Half a teaspoon of salt
° four tsp virgin olive oil
° ground pepper, to taste

Step 1
Heaat oven to 450 degrees F .
Step 2
Place the sliced tomatoes on the baking tray. Top with Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt and pepper. Spray the oil.Bake until the tomatoes are soft, about 15 minutes
