*Ingredients
°120g diced mozzarella
° Salt or fine salt
° Pepper
°1/4 bunch of chopped basil
°2 cl balsamic vinegar
°5 cl of olive oil
°4 tomatoes
°500g spaghetti
*Preparation
Cook the spaghetti al dente.
Drain and oil with olive oil.
Mix and cool.
Meanwhile, peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.
Mix all the elements, and serve very chilled.
