*INGREDIENTS:
+For the dough:
°4 eggs
°1 cup (200ml) powdered sugar
°1 cup flour
°3 tablespoons cocoa powder
°1 pack baking powder
°1 vanilla sugar
+For cream:
°1 liter of milk
°4 tablespoons of flour
° 4 tsp potato or corn starch
°1.5 c powder sugar
°2 egg
°100g butter
°1 sachet vanilla sugar
°400ml whip cream
+For icing:
°200ml whipped cream
°100g milk chocolate
*PREPARATION:
Beating eggs also sugar to fluffy and add sifted flour mixed with cocoa & baking powder in portions. Placing dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper (larger the sheet, the lower the dough) also bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 20 min.
For cream, putting milk, flour, cornstarch, powder sugar and eggs in a thick sausage. Remove from heat and stir with butter and vanilla sugar while still hot. Melting butter and sugar in it, stir. I mix it with a hand blender and cream turn out nice and smooth. Let cool.use
Finally, whipping cream until stiff & incorporate it to the pudding using a whisk. Cut the cream in half.
Spread one slice on the cake (cut the edge), sprinkle the crumbled edges on it, distribute the rest of the cream. Smooth and chill.
When the cream is firm on the cake, the top is covered with chocolate icing – to do this, heat the cream, add chocolate pieces and melt while stirring
