°180 ml (3/4 cup) 14% sour cream
°30 ml (2 tbsp.) melted butter
°330 ml (1 1/3 cups) melted cheese spread (such as Cheez Whiz)
°750 ml (3 cups) 2% milk
°7.5 ml (1/2 tbsp.) powdered mustard
°500 ml (2 cups) grated marble cheddar cheese
°750 ml (3 cups) macaroni
°Pepper to taste
*Steps
Preheat oven 190°C (375°F).
In a bowl, combine the sour cream with the butter, melted cheese spread, milk, powdered mustard and half the cheese. Add macaroni. Pepper and stir.
Butter a baking dish, then transfer the mixture to it. Covering dish with a sheet aluminum foil.
Bake for 40 minutes, stirring a few times during cooking. If necessary, add a little milk.
Remove foil from pan. Cover the preparation with the rest of the cheese.
Continue cooking in the oven for 20 minutes, until the pasta is cooked and the cheese is golden.
