*Ingredients:
+For burger patties:
°1 egg
°1/4 c breadcrumbs
°6 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
°1 teaspoon seasoned salt
°3 tablespoons of olive oil
°1-1/2 pounds ground beef
°1 large onion, diced
°1 teaspoon garlic powder
°1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
°1 cup aflour
+For the mushroom and brown onion sauce:
°1 large onion, chopped
°1 cup beef broth
°1 cup of water
°1/4 cup all-purpose flour
°1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
°1/4 teaspoon black pepper
° 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
°1 tablespoon master sauce (orange top)
°2 c sliced mushrooms
*Methods:
Step 1: In mixing bowl, add all patty ingredients except olive oi&l and flour.
Step 2: Make 4 to 6 patties with the mixture.
Step 3: Dip every patty in flour also making sure to coat well.
Step 4: Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 5: Add olive oil and heat.
Step 6: Add the patties and cook both sides until the color turns brown.
Step 7: Set apart accumulated fat on the patties.
Step 8: Adding onions & 1 tbsp water. Cook until the onions caramelize.
Step 9: In mixing bowl, add water, 1/4 cup flour, beef broth, sauce, sausage, seasoning salt and pepper. Whisk to well blended.
Step 10: Transfering mixture to skillet and stir to thickened.
Step 11: Adding cooked patties also coat each, turn occasionally.
Step 12: Adding mushrooms.
Step 13: Reduce heat to low & simmer for 20 min or to heated through.
Step 14: Placing burgers on a clean serve platter. Place the mashed potatoes on top.
Step 15: Serve and enjoy!
