*Ingredients:
°1 jar dried beef steaks, rinsed well and chopped
°4 tablespoons butter
°4 tablespoons of flour
°cayenne pinch
°2 cups of milk
°Sea salt and fresh pepper to taste
°Toast
*Methods :
Rinse the dried beef steaks well - they are too salty! Once you have rinsed well, dry them with a paper towel.
Cut the beef into small bite-size pieces. Sit aside.
Heat butter in pot on heat.
Add the flour and a pinch of cayenne pepper to the melted butter and whisk until well combined and fully cooked, about 45 seconds.
Add milk very slowly while whisking constantly.
Once all the milk has been added, add the ground dried beef.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for a few minutes until firm.
Taste and season with sea salt and fresh pepper, to taste, if needed.
Serve over dry toast immediately.
