Stuffed Pepper Skillet 😋


*ingredients

°1 tablespoon olive oil
°1 pound 90% lean beef
°1 cup yellow onion, reduce into cubes
°1 teaspoon minced garlic
°2 tablespoons tomato paste
°1 cup pepper reduce into cubes
°cup pepper, diced
°14.five ounce can diced roasted tomatoes
°1 cup long-grain white rice, together with jasmine
°2½ cups low-sodium pork broth
°three tablespoons chopped parsley, divided
°2 tsp Italian seasoning
°½ tsp smoked paprika
°Half  tsp of salt
°½ teaspoon freshly black pepper
°1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
°cup shredded cheddar cheese

* instructions :

Heat the oil in a 12-inch deep fryer over medium warmth. Add minced meat, onion and garlic, cook and chop with a spoon till cooked and crumbly. Drain the excess fat from the pan and return to the warmth. Stir the tomato paste with the beef till nicely combined. Add the candy peppers, diced tomatoes, rice, Worcestershire beef broth, 2 tablespoons sparkling parsley, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir till homogeneous and depart the combination to boil.
Reduce warmth to low, cowl and cook till rice is tender, 15 to 18 minutes.
Stir the combination to stir the rice. Cover with cheese, cowl and cook over low warmth till cheese melts.
