"Sandwich with Egg Salad"


* ingredients :

°Fresh parsley 2 red onion branches
°0.5 eggs
°4 round sandwich bread 8 slices
°Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. soup
°mustard 0.5 tbsp. coffee
°Curry 0.5 tbsp. coffee
°Salt and Pepper

* Methods:

In advance (less than 30 minutes)
(10 minutes)
Cooking eggs about 10 min in boil water. Drain them and run them under
cold water. bombed them.
Meanwhile, chop the parsley.
Cutting red onion in half, then to thin halve.
Preparation (10 minutes)
1 Toast the bread slices in a toaster or under the grill
Oven 2 minutes on each side.
2 Meanwhile, mash hard-boiled eggs well with a fork and combine with mayonnaise, mustard, parsley and curry. Add salt and pepper.
3 Divide the watercress among 4 toast and garnish with eggs and red onion salad. Close the toast with a second slice of toast.
